At Latchkey Rebellion, every item is made to order and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
🚫 All Sales Are Final
Because we operate as a dropshipping and print-on-demand store, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or incorrect item selection.
Please review all product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
✅ Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We will replace or refund an item ONLY if:
The item arrives damaged
The item received is incorrect
The item never arrives (confirmed lost)
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
A clear photo of the item
A description of the issue
Your order number

⏳ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once verified, we will either:
Issue a replacement, or
Issue a full/partial refund
depending on the situation and supplier availability.
❌ Not Eligible for Refunds
The following situations are not eligible for refunds or returns:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Wrong size selected
Wrong address provided
Normal wear and tear
Delays caused by customs or carriers
Items damaged after use
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate with our supplier and shipping carrier.
Once confirmed as lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
💳 Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
